Tried that out at my local store, its wow for the price. It does have a little sibilance but very good for female vocals I feel. The stage and separation is wow. After trying so many iems at different price points, S12 2024 at 199 usd is really wow. This kind of sounding IEM usually is 1k++.

Letshouer is improving a lot in terms of bass as well. Like latest S08 I’m testing right now, the bass is tasteful and doesn’t give that papery planar bass that was present last year S12 series had been a good long term experiment

Same with Michael Bruce, I’m looking forward to his opinion, but he’ll probably say his mod is better lol. I know either way I’ll love them, I really like my z12, mp145 and timeless ae. These seem to be guaranteed to be more refined if anything, which should be great for metal.

i don't like transparent or flat tuning after all i use them to listen to music and play single player games i like more Bass and man S15 really delivers i like them alot S08 are also very good not as good as S15 but the problem i have with S08 is the stupid and very uncomfortable shell unfortunately S15 are so Overpriced they are just not worth it at this price S15 should be around 150 Max and Letshuoer tried to make cheaper version with S08 but they screwed up the shell S12 Pro not bad for certain music and for games but man their shell is also very uncomfortable while S15 a perfect and very comfortable i really like them for gaming
is it worth the extra money to get this instead of the T10? or should i just get T10 for cheaper price and save some money. Btw love your work with the estrella, nice looking iem with beautiful sound👏🏻
I have both and I think i prefer the 2024 edition to the 145. Plus they have less planar crinkle when inserting and adjusting and are way way lighter than the 145.
Ok, So i bought these things and they are not the best planar of 2024, I compared the to the CA Moon Rovers and it's like night and day. Moon Rovers are so much cleaner and crisp, The S12 2024 almost sound like you're listening to the music through water in comparison. And The soundstage on the moon rovers is massive, so the Letshouer sound cramped. Also the s12 2024 have a slight planar timbre that is not pleasant. Which the moon rovers do not have. Best planars...
@@jayyaudio Well, I've seen like 10 videos claiming the same thing. And let me tell you it's far from reality. And the Campfire is $1200 but worth every penny. Man I'm selling this s12 2024 lol. I can't with them.

I will shamelessly hype the artti t10 every chance I get. Been autoeqing them to hbb 2022 target and they are so amazingly good and amazingly cheap
Excellent review. Timbre, note weight and treble smoothness is worth paying more IMO.

I did put a slight treble shelf to tone down the sizzle on a playner but yeah i kinda like sizzle as long as its controled .

Difference is noticeable, good sweet spot would be the Simgot Supermix4, or Estrella if you want more bass
