I love your videos. I've been doing metal art but recently I've been trying my hand with glass. Your videos are very user friendly and the narratives help a lot ! I couldn't quite pull off the jelly fish yet but some day !

I'm so happy you posted this .... Thank You so much. To be sure - I'll make my own design, just need to know how to layer a few things. You're the best!

And just to be clear - - I really don't mind if people make these beads (selling might be a different matter). I just wanted it known that it was a design that I came up with - having the image in my head, then putting it to paper. After that, trying to figure out the step-by-step process of how to layer it on so it will all work in the end (and you won't distort one part of the mermaid while trying to do another part, etc.). I want people to be creative and inventive with their designs and was just trying to show at least part of the process. :)

Hi Jeannie, where can I purchase the small brass shaping tool that you used to press down the dichro, please? Thanks, great video!

That's called a Stump Shaper (after Loren Stump), they have them in brass and graphite. You can purchase them thru many glass suppliers - - some of which are Arrow Springs, Mountain Glass Arts and ABR Imagery. :)
