GTA 3's military is scariest than other military from different GTA games. Mess with them on foot without god mod (invincible) or without having 9999 Health and Armor is instant death.
I once had my tank crap out (catch fire from ramming damage) near Staunton's hospital. I figured I could recoup if I could just sprint for the staircase, and jump down. Enemies don't like to spawn there! The military behind me, got out of their barracks OL... and hosed me down, midair. I fell to the sunk-in ground floor of the hospital, from 100/100, to zero. That m-16 was disgusting, possibly the most overpowered bullet hose in video games.
The fbi cars has a fast acceleration they are not fast in road they look fast because in gta iii spawning is broken they spawn right behind you and they accelerate immediately so they look fast, try to get a fbi car and a 5 stars wanted level they will still look faster than you

I always liked the GTA III version of Liberty City better than the one in IV. GTA IV Liberty City is just a condensed version of NYC while GTA III's has an identity all its own. Still heavily inspired by New York, of course, but unique enough to feel like you're in a truly alternate reality.
gta 4 liberty city is just a bunch of islands filled to the brim with city, gta3 liberty city each island has a distinct personality with so much to see and explore.
The graphics are extremely bad on Ps2 and PC versions. There are so many improvements in Definitive Edition. The graphics have been greatly improved. But if you don't care about the graphics then the old/original Gta 3 is playable.

Gta 3's Definition Edition has very good graphics. Character models are more realistic, car models are more realistic, drawing distance is wide and long, shading is new generation, texture quality is quite good, Most everything is 3D now... It's not enough to count. Soon they will bring the dark atmosphere to Gta 3 Definition Edition. (Maybe) Then the atmosphere problem is solved. EDIT: The old/original Gta 3 can be played for nostalgia. Ignore how the graphics are.

Well the inspiration came from videos where the players tried their best to survive liberty city in different situations and if there was a video like that, it means I didn't know about it.
The funny thing is, this is my favorite camera view! For flatter cars this is the best way to focus on what can spawn in front of me, the only problem is that I can't see who's behind me or what is about to hit me from the back. 😁

All the things in the video are real. Expect the ps2 convention mod and the custom music. For the weapons, you need to collect the 100 hidden packages and for the stars, 20 kills needs to be done in the vigilante side mission in each island. Same for extinguishing 20 burning cars to get the flamethrower.

Went from full health and armor to barely alive in 1 second. That's brutal.
And even then the army guy missed and didn't get many of his shots on Claude. They never miss.

Nah. FBI is mostly difficult because they are fast. If you know some shortcuts they can be easily avoided
If you are a fast vehicle like Banshee, you can outrun the FBI just be careful not to run into a tank.
FBI has fast vehicles and the Army has Slow but Deadly Vehicles and stuff
