Alright so I got a bit curious after this vid I booted up the speedometer mod as well as desert blast (a level that's basically a really long straight line) to find out who is truly the fastest thing alive X sonic or super mystic sonic I'll be measuring in kilometers per hour (americans in the comments, sorry, I'm just more comfortable with this mesuring system) So here are the stats Base running speed for sms with boost and for x with zip dash Sms top running speed is 280 kmph X top running speed is 286 kmph So with no power ups x is actually a bit faster Next is speed with the power snickers Sms power sneakers running speed is a whopping 468 kmph X doesn't actually become any faster with power sneakers, so he is still at 286 kmph But x has transformations Dark sonic can reach up to 306 kmph Both super and dark super sonic on the ground can reach up to 368 kmph And super sonic in the air could reach up to 406 kmph That's fast, but still slower that sms with the power sneakers But X's possible top speed is actually during his ring burst, it's the same for all his forms, so even in base, using a ring burst x sonic could reach up to 666 kmph Now I'm not sure if this is just his absolute top speed or the speedometer mod just doesn't go any higher, I actually think it's the second, cause the number didn't change when I was changing altitude, like it usually did, so that means that x sonic is even faster and maybe the ring burst just has no limit and will just keep on speeding up as long as it's active So I officially declare X Sonic as the fastest thing alive of SRB2
