  • This week on Mideast Eats we travel to the Circassian village of Kfar Kama in northern Israel, where their unique semi-hard cheese is a staple in their traditional pastries, but at one particular bakery, it's being taken up a notch.

    i24NEWS cuisine videos are marvellous. You cannot imagine the joy from Germany watching them each full hour - 4 minutes.

    I live in Caucasia or Azerbaijan but I have never seen this meal in our cuisine. But in Ukraina I had seen those types of cake style sweety meals

      That belongs to Circassian cuisine not whole Caucasia, it's called 'Çerkes Peyniri' in Turkish and widely known. :)

    Very nice, but why nothing about the violent riots, leaving over a hundred wounded, between Eritrean factions in South Tel Aviv.
