I learned this dish from an older video here on the channel and it's so good and easy for a regular home cook like me, that it was better than the pumpkin risotto I ordered in restaurants.

Thanks Gennaro for making me laugh. I know Halloween is tomorrow but it's never too early. Anyway, I am feeling overwhelmed at the moment . You see, there was a lot going on: Yesterday there was a typhoon in the Philippines and now today in Korea, there was a stampede in Itaewon before Halloween tomorrow and now Halloween's cancelled this year in Korea.. :(

Yes do as you like, but then it is not risotto with pumkins
