I just felt like being a bully online with random characters and WOW there seems to be way more players on then I remember because I had a FEAST!

Yeah that dude is probably lag switching, he was already playing cheap, what with male earthling, backflip, angry hit, dressed like goku, and it's just fact that people like that need everything under the sun to be able to win, so probably lag switching.
I wouldnt say it was a lagswitch. An easy way to tell would be the player just standing still for a moment, followed by some "time skipping" around. Besides that, the lag was screwing them up too. Broken & boring playstyle either way tho lol

God i hate backflip such a cheap move, it needs to cost a resource even if its 1 bar of ki people just spam it on ranked.
Yea definitely a lagswitch. There is no reason why a try hard like that would spam supers if he didn’t think it was going to hit, probably because of the lag.
@@xenoplayz4524 an easy fix would be making the 2nd input mandatory. You'd still have the i frames of the 1st flip, but would be left wide open afterwards. No canceling it with a free perfect block basically
@@mfspectacular I would prefer it to cost a resource, you still get the i frame block but you can't do it forever. Prevents spam and forces cheesers to use it at a proper time.

I really don't wanna believe people would lagswitch on XenoVerse I just say they have terrible internet like I just can't imagine someone flicking a switch or kicking their router doe this game ya know? Like imagining a human doing that.. So pathetic...
It's sad to see yes, but honestly I'm surprised these days. Almost every game that has online PvP interaction I see this a lot.

I remember fighting that Nuk guy when I was trying to learn Hit (so I can abuse my friends) and he kept pulling the same BS. Apparently his lagswitch worked against him though, since all of my attacks were hitting and his weren't.
That match at 10mins is basically all you'll see against most ranked players they all play the same. Spam backflip, uses jump spike, fake blast evasive some use it with hmmm and lovely cyclone or they will have godfist followed by grab spam. They don't know how to fight without it, some litterially don't use basic attacks at all.

I low-key am considering dropping the PS4 version all together it's quite irritating to play on Xbox and then switch back and not only see but feel the differences in the functionality of the netcode
Gonna need to get my PlayStation buds to get Xbox cuz I'm certain at least one or 2 of em would like it much better as well
I'm considering that as well the xbox version doesn't even have hackers like ps4 does just the generic cheap build and lag switchers. Its so annoying when all you encounter are hackers. I leave the lobby as soon as i see them but once thats all i would come across, they use stuff like giant namakians while not in giant form.
@@xenoplayz4524 I haven't personally run into alot of hackers but I do get what you mean, the PS4 version is littered with alot of issues and the player base is generally more toxic for the fact they get away with being able to hack the game and play cheap builds on top of it or the act of lagswitching which makes the game nearly unplayable when the netcode is bad enough on it's own
@@SakumoUchiha If you play ranked often i guarantee you will come across hackers on ps4, you can tell when there cacs have extra health and movement speed, when they have 5,5,5,5,5 qq bang or are immediately giant form. They also are lag switchers so sometimes they will teleport around randomly without using a move or hit you from a distance with basics.

For me regardless of what game I play I try not to actively be competitive. I just try to play to enjoy myself, 😂🤦 kinda hard to do with XenoVerse but it's the only way I can go bout playing without letting it get under my skin

If you teleport midcombo, hit ki blast cannon before you land the teleported attack

That lagswitcher (don't pretend he isn't) reminds of this one fight so on my main cac frieza race fighting male saiyan cheesing limit burst ki stun/cancel loses to me without doing any of that and gets so mad he chooses a female Majin and lag switches so hard he's teleporting he's standing still but he can still hit me and grab me because of course beats me and the kicks me after

Also allows you to get a free attack on the opponent with the counter being countered by another ki stun isn't cheese? You xenoverse players surprise me everyday

That could be a variety of things involved, doesn't necessarily mean lag switching, but even if he was trying to lag switch, it hurt him mors then steed, so either trash internet or just didn't understand how to lag switch

No trash internet would be consistent lag throughout the match effecting both players, here its at very convenient times which benifit the opponent. Theres a difference i fought against both before.
@@hxtedhakai8558 it didn't. If you watch carefully especially the second round, the dude fails to connect more hits then steed due to it. Also it granted happened when he was losing but it hit him harder them steed, that's fairly easy to explain. As a person who use to have 5mbps internet max, lemme tell you.
The game tries it's hardest to keep people from lagging out, so at first the round feels smoother, but as the match goes on it feels worse and worse. (My experience as a former trash interneter) my belief for this is that the harder the game tries to keep you from lagging out, the harder it'll hit the netcode, until eventually you either lag out or come off as a lag switcher. So it's not in anyway "convenient" considering a few things.
1. he lags the whole game every game.
2. It hurt him more then steed
3. It's consistent (r2 had similar pattern)
So yeah, personally i don't believe he was lag switching, i just believe his internet was trash, and as a former trash interneter, ik the pattern
