also i also have bad acid reflux and stomachaches at night. Unfortunately coffee contributes :/ BUT i found that peppermint tea or ginger tea help SO much! There's a happy tummy tea at whole foods or the ginger digestive aid tea at basically any store by traditional medicinals!
