Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway have become one of Daytime’s favourite duos, having first met 20 years ago when they presented breakfast show ‘GMTV’. Since 2003, they have worked together as anchors and have co-hosted ‘Good Morning Britain’ since its launch in 2014. Kate and Ben join the panel today to discuss their involvement in GMB’s '1 Million Minutes' awards ceremony, which recognises those who have given up their time to help combat loneliness. They also share their first impressions of each other, how they feel to have ‘grown up together’, and how Kate’s time on ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ gave her a renewed sense of confidence.
