nd besides that I don't know I don't know if I had too many Checklist of what I think when we buy that checklist will be there you know much more tailored but because we were renting and We're in Casa Linda We actually just went down the street now from Natalie It's such a small world and even before we were in walking distance Yeah Yeah you're about ten minutes And so it was I think it was really helpful to try different places or it's been helped Yeah because the vibe is so different So some places feel more um i feel like this place almost feels more like of a suburb kind of community feel yeah the last place that we were in was a bit more resorty feeling and you were on the oceanfront with this beautiful view and so um anyways i'm getting off topic but yeah in terms of what i yeah what i would Those are the big things And then we know like coming in like our goal was like okay we want to buy land at some point and build And so that's still on our like must-do list Must-do yeah But that takes a while to find and to do Absolutely
