I agree with you time doesn't heal or wounds , sometimes times makes the wound kuti report pamusoro but pazasi risina, times will make the pain bearable, sometimes time will heal the wound and leaves an ugly scar so yes it depends kuti how deep is the wound

Abraham was presumptuous. His seed was clearly foretold that it would come through Sarah but impatience developed and so Sarah gave Hagar to him. Theirs was a clear promise.
What he is saying here is you can't just sit and wait for the Lord to make it happen. Same Bible also encourages us to work, so if you expect to see development in your life you have to give God something to bless, that is work towards your development whether spiritual etc and then yes the Lord will make it happen for you. So you have to make the best use of your time.
