I am not Catholic, but I have always admired the reverence that the Catholic members have for our Lord. I will also lift up a prayer for the middle east tonight.

This happened with me also. I was praying about a family worry and suddenly saw you on Y Tube but 11 days ago. Then I saw how faint and dizzy you had become so I added you to my prayers. I was so blessed that we were able to visit him homeland 3 years in a row. I got body wide chills visiting the holy sepulcher church. I fell in love with the beautiful people there. He could speak 6 languages and I believe that he was the perfect guide. Blessed. He’s been gone 8 years and we didn’t quite make our fourth wedding anniversary but I know Mary and Jesus picked him for me. So blessed.. he’s my best angel. I miss the market and everything. Praying for his family that live there. Gods grace and mercy. Padre Pio and st Francis of Assisi send them prayers for safety. Know that God’s with them and to be not afraid. 🙏

Certains ont du mal à comprendre ces prières répétitives, pourtant le chapelet c'est une prière d'humilité collective où l'on prie tous ensemble en employant non pas nos mots mais la prière que Jésus lui-même nous a enseignée et les paroles que l'ange a dites à Marie lors de l'Annonciation. Ces mots sont donc les mêmes dans le monde entier, (même si c'est dans des langues différentes) elles s'élèvent vers Dieu comme un encens, de jour comme de nuit ça ne s'arrête pas... c'est aussi un "prêt à porter de la prière" qui nous apprend méditer sur la vie de Marie et Jésus pour nous en inspirer, à aller à l'essentiel, au lieu de ruminer nos soucis, nos frustrations. C'est aussi une source d'inspiration quand on traverse des moments de "désert"... On ne prie pas Marie : on prie par son intermédiaire car Jésus, sur la croix, nous l'a confiée comme mère (Jean représentant toute l'humanité) et elle nous dit "Mais priez mes enfants" ! ❤

Certains ont du mal à comprendre ces prières répétitives, pourtant le chapelet c'est une prière d'humilité collective où l'on prie tous ensemble en employant non pas nos mots mais la prière que Jésus lui-même nous a enseignée et les paroles que l'ange a dites à Marie lors de l'Annonciation. Ces mots sont donc les mêmes dans le monde entier, (même si c'est dans des langues différentes) elles s'élèvent vers Dieu comme un encens, de jour comme de nuit ça ne s'arrête pas... c'est aussi un "prêt à porter de la prière" qui nous apprend méditer sur la vie de Marie et Jésus pour nous en inspirer, à aller à l'essentiel, au lieu de ruminer nos soucis, nos frustrations. C'est aussi une source d'inspiration quand on traverse des moments de "désert"...
On ne prie pas Marie : on prie par son intermédiaire car Jésus, sur la croix, nous l'a confiée comme mère (Jean représentant toute l'humanité) et elle nous dit "Mais priez mes enfants" ! ❤
