My wife and I have been aboard her 2 times. We are taking the alumni cruise from Quebec City in May. This video is from 2011. Lorne is now retired and no longer with St. Lawrence Cruise Lines. Bob Clark, the owner in this video was in hospital the last time we were on the Empress in May, 2014 and might not be active now. However, be assured you are in very good hands, and there is much to do for an enjoyable cruise.
