- "CBS This Morning" co-host Norah O'Donnell sits down with Lauren and Pierce Bush, the children of former President George H.W. Bush's third son, Neil. Like their grandfather, both have committed themselves to public service. Lauren Bush founded Feed, a company dedicated to fighting world hunger. Pierce Bush is CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star in Texas, the organization's largest affiliate. He was in the room when his grandfather died Friday.

Appreciated the insight provided by his grandchildren. A kindler, gentler world starts with each of us and how we treat people in life and death.
Lauren and Pierce...what a beautiful moment to share with those of us that appreciate the "kinder and gentler." The comments here and other places reflect so much about some people - people that hold ugliness in their hearts. But - goodness always begets goodness in the end. Always remember that. Many of us can see the goodness in your family - and here its reflected in the two of you. I believed every word that you spoke and it came from a place that was real and true. Your Dad, Neal, must be so proud, btw. Rest in Eternal Peace, George HW Bush.
Life goes on! I love when he said it to Pierce! The Celebration of Life and Love! Happy Wed to You all!
Wish our great President Bush Rest In Peace. Love him and miss him always.
Even me as a little potato American and not related with the former President Bush 41, I have felt very sad after heard the news that former President Bush was left to see God. His principles to govern and kindness nature and humbleness have made us love him so much. God bless his families healthy always.
There’s an image Jenna Bush shared on the today show of her and Lauren at their gampy’s inauguration as little girls. Apparently Jenna poked Lauren so the photographer captured the moment of Lauren looking as though she is screeching at her cousin who looked on with a mischievous glint in her eyes. You can tell George and Barbara adored their kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren just by the love the kids gave back.
This is a lovely interview but you should be referring to him as president Bush not Mr Bush. What a great man
My gampyyy
Damn big as fam
I’d like to know which grandchild chose to call him and Barbara “gampy and grammy”.
So how many weeks of this s*** do we have to listen to before it finally goes away
Patience is a virtue. Learn to be accommodating.
Then stop listening.
F off loser
Back when the GOP was the party of family values. Now their the party of Stormy Daniels
Sorry mate. Heaven is the last place he is going.
Funny how kids cling to gramps... when he's filthy rich.
Smart girls can earn their own money.
