also td, when u get that gem on a recruit it means that their development trait is better than what was originally portrayed, like normal->impact or impact->star. this is the opposite with the X over the gem.

when you schedule visits in the future, check the overview tab of the player and it will show you what they are most interested in and your team's grade on said interest. That way you maximize your potential recruiting!!
