when you schedule visits in the future, check the overview tab of the player and it will show you what they are most interested in and your team's grade on said interest. That way you maximize your potential recruiting!!
TD 1: when you recruit scout the ppl that say NEED next to them 2: whoever has 1st interest in your school choose those guys as well because its a higher chance you recruit them
