Years. YEARS I’ve been struggling with this fucking Easter egg, and this fight. I find your video- BAM, instantly got through it. You are a life saver!🎉 The only thing is I use Bang Bangs instead of Quickies, just my preference.
Run the fate card that makes it so the last 4 bullets in your gun do increased damage. Since the 4 WWs have 8 shots, half of those will do more damage against the boss AND it also lasts as long as the boss fight, since it's a round based card, and rounds don't pass during the fight.
thank you! I finally got the soul key. I was having a lot of trouble on simon says until I tried this method. your right that little less time to process directions versus colors did it for me. keep up the good work! hope to see tips and tricks for the next map as well😘

So in future videos Ill be trying to find a good balance of clear and informative while also still showing signs of life. :P
Nice! I asked for this a few days ago, but I ended up beating it last night after a frustrating ~10 attempts. But it was satisfying as hell. This should help many people. This is pretty much the best you can hope for. Unfortunately, there seems to be several random elements in this boss fight. I was following the same route as in the video, but there was one time that I died where the boss just randomly decided to teleport directly in front of me and temporarily block me. But it was long enough for all the zombies behind me to start hitting me. And then what killed me the most, was just the alien bombarding me, which often killed me near instantly, leaving me little I could actually do about it. I'm still not sure what that's about. I would be in the middle of running and everything, and then just get hit by an alien blaster and be super red and then another quick follow up shot would finish me off. It's far too random. I hope the future maps aren't this bad.
Awesome! Well I'm glad you beat it. It took me quite a few attempts as well to get a good pattern for getting out of the way of those big blast and to find the best weapons. Yeah if he teleports in front of you it just becomes a dash to safety. I found the best way to avoid going down by the alien blast is to try and take cover after one hit. Ill use a wall, the bridge, or the teleporter to give myself some time to get my health back up. I agree but I'm exicted to see where it goes and what other classic horror monsters we will be going up against. :D
That would be cool. I could defintly see it if they were throwing out sudbtle easter egg hints with the beast around Polar Peak. I would personally love to see Create from the Black Lagoon and Freddy Krueger themed map. Something with a terrifying dream would be sick as hell!
Now that the head-cutter method no longer applies, would you say this guide would be the go-to way to approach the boss these days? Getting the 2nd wonder adds a lot of time for me, would you say it's pretty much a requirement to get the second?
+Jacob Ortega Its definitely not a requirement but a second WW is good for the extra ammo in case you do run out or have one specifically to help take out zombies (Dischord) but I have completed it a few times with just a single WW, you just really have to pace and time your windows of opportunity.

If you can, kill the zombies down to 1 or 2 left. Then you can focus on just the alien without having a hoard constantly on your ass. Just because of this, I was able to get through the fight solo even after downing twice and losing jug.
+Jose Rios I cant tell you how many times I've gone down before during the Boss fight or even the Simon Says part due to dumb reasons. Just keep at it man!
How do you make your starting pistol your 3rd weapon because if I switch it for the 2 wonder weapons it doesn't give it to me for my 3rd gun after buying mule munchies

I would If I didnt have such bad internet speeds. I cant host lobbies with the sped that I have. Just keep at the seti defense. What method are you using to defend the seti?

Nope he doesnt heal himself, only time he kind of heals himself is after he goes down to pick up the fuses
