No bass lines, no huge and unique riffs. In disgusting, there is plenty of original chaotic/grinding riffs, like from relapsing. I miss that trashy sound. This is just too clean, poppy, catchy and radio friendly.

The vocals are very smartly delivered. Melodic yet trashy. Radio friendly and road trip worthy, but still a bit standoffish. It might be a bit formulaic (the fact every song is within 40 seconds of one another makes this obvious), but I don't think Shomo really sought out to reinvent the wheel. Not like you really can anymore.. Now it's about which wheel has the most traction. And I personally think Beartooth deserves to climb higher still. Solid stuff.
