Thank you for this video! Toyota royally failed with these lights. I just needed to change a bulb and it's absurd to have to remove the assembly for that but even worse that I had to remove part of the bumper too. Couldn't have figured it out without help!!
Thanks for this! I bought the Spyder HID combo halo headlights. They don't document what to do well at all. I assume these are these are the same thing as they look almost exactly like mine. The only exposed wires are one black and one white. I assume the idea is the same though? I bought them with a HID harness, still gotta figure out how those work.
Hey man glad we could help! And yes. The white and black wires are power and ground for the halos. You just splice them into whatever wire powers the lights you want them to come on with.
Now will this wiring job include the day time running lights to have halos and leds on too at the same time? Like, does what you have here, work with the drls
The halos will turn on with whatever you wire them to. If you find the wires going to your headlights that turn on the daytime, running lights, and splice the halo wires into those, they will come on with those.
hi do you have a video of how to align the headligths of toyota celica 2000.. your headligths is angel eyes rigth? can you make a video of how to adjust or aligtn the head ligths
Our headlights are referred to as “halo headlights), and The adjustments are done by tightening or loosening the big Philips head screws in between the bulb sockets on the BACK of the headlights. 💪
Hey guys! Thanks for the informative video! I want to change yellow halogen bulbs into these aftermarket headlights, any ideas what type of low beam and high beam leds are they? Some say H7 some say H4
So I got those headlights and set them up. I haven’t connected the halos yet but only one of my LED lights works. The passenger LED does not turn on at all, but before I put them on the same thing happened with the previous headlights so they are not the issue. I don’t know if it is a fuse a short or a relay messing it up. If anyone has any ideas lmk pls.
@@gridenginehey guys, i have the exact same headlights but cant find the adjustment screw for my life. any help to where it can be found on this headlight?

Tricked me too, smh

Whats the HID harness for
It converts the regular bulb plugs to connections that work with HID bulbs. Much brighter and cool colors.

Hey just wanted you to update, did this method of how you spliced the wires work well in the long run? Does it cause any risk of electrical fire?
Still going 3 years strong!

Honestly, not sure, but the listing for the product usually suggests the correct bulbs to work with the lights 💪
What are the headlights used in the video? I’d like to buy some for my Celica but the link is broken
Link in the description has been updated!

That sounds more like a wiring issue. Usually headlights are tied together so if you had an issue, both of them would have it.
Hello me again so how are these lights holding on? Also did you adjust the beam pattern or just came out like that from factory thank you.
Hey man! The lights are actually doing really well! And they came aimed pretty well out of the box, but they have adjustment screws for alignment
@@gridenginehey guys, i have the exact same headlights but cant find the adjustment screw for my life. any help to where it can be found on this headlight?
It’s most likely a Phillips head screw located somewhere along the outside of the low beam hole on the back of the assembly.
@@gridengine wow thanks for the extremely fast reply. i found it haha thank you 👍🏼
Let’s goooo 👌👌
Dammit A1 auto, and Toyota... that third bolt dafaq?
