You can always take the herbs out of the pouch and itll put them in your inventory noted, so you dont have to stop fishing to go empty it. Also if you just need 1 herb, you can just take that one out of the bag and thatll be the only one you get if the rest are at 30 essentially letting you target farm for just specific herbs.
I’m not sure if u need to complete tai bwo wannai trio quest but if u want to u can do the following. Kill tree spirits for grimy toadflax and kill lobstrosity for toad legs. And obviously 34 herblore
If you have harpoon you can auto cook the bwans without finishing quest just do up to the point you get given a vessel and you can fish them. If you wanna finish the quest you can -Give jekyll a clean irit leaf for a 4 dose -Unlock asgarnia ;) -Kill lobstrosities for frog legs and make a 4 dose yourself -Kill level 40 skeletons in tarns lair for two 2 dose poitons. If you need herblore exp hit 8x and use karamja easy lamp for a lot of easy exp.

You can do the agility dungeon in brimhaven and buy the toadflax from the rewards shop. To make pot yourself
