I will never understand the nastiness between Seth and Ashley. My sister is one of my favourite people and I love her to bits. Maybe it’s all jealousy? It’s certainly not normal and I don’t understand why Les doesn’t step in and tell them both to grow up, especially Seth, he is like a spoilt brat sometimes. Wonder what their Christmas lunches are like all together? Hope their kids don’t overhear this spite between them. It’s not fair for children.

No wonder the business folded, ALL the Gold family does, is try to rip people off who are obviously down on their luck, but with having said that, there are a hell of a lot of scammers that come into the business & try to get money out of them, I live in Australia, & I don't like the way that they do business over in America.
That car one is crazy, for something that rare they wanted to buy for 16k?!? My boyfriend's S14 Silvia is more than double that price (very nice car, but definitely not that rare)
they are rare to find but due flim DMC only made a limted amount in it's 3 year lengh in uk alone they go anywere from £24,000 to £35,000

It’s the most scripted reality I’ve seen for sure.
Most of it is scripted but there was one genuine scene. A couple came back after being refused and angrily approached that blonde girl who usually works behind the window, she literally ran and hid behind Les 😂 cause she knew it wasn't part of the script and then the security couldn't actually handle them and they called the police to remove them. You could tell that one was real haha

How many laptops do they pawn or buy in one day? I worked at a big pawn store we would buy/pawn 10-15 a day, if 2 were missing it would not take long to find out they are missing.

Capitalism and free market economy means that everyone has the opportunity to conduct business with Les, or anyone else or not …
That doesn’t change the fact that les and entire pawn broking Industry is predatory in nature … they are only able to profit from ppl in cash strapped situations, who also tend to be naive in financial management … by buying products at Pennies on the dollar or loaning ppl small sums of money knowing they are a clientele that are in desperate need of the cash … increasing the likelihood that they will miss a payment/deadline, allowing them to keep the collateral they took in against the loan plus any interest accrued thru that point.
If there is a market, in a capitalist society … inevitably an entrepreneur will come thru to fill the demand … and God knows every major US city has more than enough pawn shops … but places like Las Vegas and Atlantic City just take it to another level for some odd reason …

If you pawn something they give you money and they hold the item until you pay it back. Basically what they were saying is they pawned their laptops they got money and someone from the store would give them back the laptops without them paying to take them back. They would end up with their laptops and the money. I hope you understand what i explained cause english isn’t my first language.
