  • Wow! It's Joss Naylor everybody! Absolute epic fell runner back in the 1970's and 80's when he set records on pretty much everything and basically invented ultra running before hipsters were even born. He's here on the live chat to talk about how he got into fell (mountain) running, his fave achievements, runs and views, what his secret is to remaining active well into his 80's, and what he's up to these days - writing a book out this October! Can't wait to hear more from Joss in this live chat with questions from Patreons prioritised.

Good to see these two lads, Joss and "Toddy" still enjoying life and sharing their experiences and knowledge with the younger set.

I wish I could understand what he was saying better. Heck, I'm a Tennessee backwoods feller, so I'm doubt yall could understand me either! Haha. Best of luck to you all.

As all pedants know, the Lake District has only one lake. However the meres, tarns and waters are all essentially lakes even if not named as such.
