Hopefully with these videos I am sharing with you the knowledge and skills I have drawn from the experience I have acquired in all the thirty years I have been working in the real estate market and short rental accommodation, using the latest technology tools. Having a better understanding of how the market works, you will be much more likely to make great investing decisions. Real Estate has varying risk appetites, return expectations, and as such, understanding the market trends helps in the alignment of your investment.
