If we look at the pre-monotheistic nature based religions, it seems that the female energy was deified alongside the male energy as some sort of a balancing act between the forces of nature. However in the post monotheistic world the balance seems to have been lost somewhere along the way. So it seems the pendulum will swing in the other direction :)

Unfortunately, in the name of liberation and empowerment, females are being exploited eg giving them low salaries as compared to male colleagues, they have to bear financial burdens with their husbands and other home male members.
