It usually takes a few hours to receive your login information. Matt and the team are very responsive so you should hear back within the same day for anything.
@@BOSSMARTIN ok I got the same Audi s4 b8 I’m running stage 1 jackal Motorsport too but I think something wrong I was getting close to 15 psi also maybe 14.5 psi. now I’m not so maybe I new a retune I don’t know if I can reflash again
@@dettalife9226try cleaning off the map sensors on the left and right of the supercharger as well as the one in the rear with some O2 sensor cleaner. Or you can pick up new ones for about 20 each. That might make the readings more accurate.
Just got my tune in the mail today and I’m got everything set up, but I’m waiting for someone to get back with me and give me my login and password information for the flash application on my computer. Did it take them along time to give you your information so you could flash tune your car?
