    Imanaga touched 96 multiple times in the WBC & was sitting 94/95 the ENTIRE tournament.. I think his 90 to 92 mph pitch is a cutter

    Belli is definitely a 30+ masher if he doesnt miss a month, and Suzuki should absolutely get there too. All of these national broadcasters always forget about Suzuki.

    Seiya Suzuki should have a good season.

    Bellinger is a must for this team, just to hold ground. But what are they going to do to improve? They need both corner infield positions and a flamethrower in my opinion. Otherwise they're maybe a winning team that's bounced early from the post season.

    57% of all TJ surgeries are now given to boys between 15 and 19. The idea that pitchers are getting injured more often because they have too much time off is ridiculous. It's exactly the opposite - combined with constant demands to throw breaking balls harder and with more movement.

      Absolutely! Max Scherzer was also telling the pitcher clock made pitchers not able to catch their breath and to compensate they will throw harder and cause more tear, Shohei was also saying something similar. If only add another 5 seconds (make it 20sec) it will increase playing time with 5-6min will help, then I prefer that then having people become crippled just because we want to see a little shorter games.
      The trend of blowing up their arm is so tragic. We need to do something about it.

    “He cuts himself off in his landing and spins blah blah” cool! I’m gonna be the first dad to yell at our 12U Ps for this at winter works out. I feel very smart now

    Bellinger was clutch last season. Anytime the Cubs needed a run and Belli came up, he always delivered. That’s why they need him back.

    It's gotta be about Imanaga's age. Different story if he was a little younger.

    Does having less guaranteed money mean less of a posting fee?

    • @aguzman222
      @aguzman222 9 месяцев назад

      The fee is based on whatever contract is paid "the Cubs will owe a posting fee to the BayStars. That’s proportional to the contract value: 20% of the deal’s first $25MM ($5MM), 17.5% of the next $25MM ($4.375MM) and 15% of further spending. That applies to the base guarantee as well as any money that Imanaga unlocks via incentives, escalators or contract options."

    It would great if aj did just a little bit of video research prior to these videos.

      I agree. AJ is so obvious in his narrow-minded thoughts. He just isn’t progressive.

    Pierzinsky is as always so salty when it comes to foreign players who bring something different and especially if they have the audacity to make more money. He ooozes passive aggressive (SAS and Mad Dog are active aggressive 😂) and bitching about ‘they’ should grind more because they are paid more! NEVER MIND it leads to injuries and shorten their careers (which he wants, so he can say they are not worth it) Small minded. Doesn’t think of the players welfare. the pettiness, resentment and jealousy is sad. But it’s always the same thing with AJ.
    Max Scherzer and many pitchers have alarmed about the both pitch clock which makes the pitchers throw harder as they have no time to catch breath and think, has caused more advanced tear, supported by medical data. If only 5 seconds more to 20, with additional 5-6min to the game, would be better for the pitchers not to blow up their arms.
    It’s a scary trend.
    Several franchises are considering going to 6 man rotation to save the career and health of their pitchers is a one way in right direction. Why hang on to 4 man rotation and destroy players lives when you can save them by progressive thinking. We need to care for our players health too.
