I just got the Core Lightweight. Indeed primo. Comfortable without fault. Florida summer... high temps, high humidity. Size down to get a skin tight fit. Everybody seems to order this too big, which makes it look ridiculous flappy; that doesn't need to be the case. I think this jersey excels after its' been wetted-out with sweat... it seems to hold moisture in a way that accelerates evaporation, thus cooling. With heat index at 100F, there were some sections I rode in the shade where I actually felt chilly. Unbelievable. I'm ordering another now... yes for the cooling effect, but just as much for the style. I look aces in this thing.
Thought it was a good idea to see some reviews online about their products, ran into yours and this videos really sealed the deal about whether to buy Rapha or not, for me. Great review btw, more power!! Suggestions: -Add chapters to your videos, this helps viewers survive a long video -List item's specs like what's it made of, what gel pad, etc. -You could also add time stamps to your videos in the video description
There's no "secret pocket" inside, that's just the pocket with the zip. I put my phone in there in the inside and it just dove stright to the ground😅 phone's fine tho
Regarding sizing: if I'm in between sizes, which size should I get: smaller or larger? I prefer a more snug fit, but I wouldn't want to look like I'm about to pop either. Awesome review, BTW.
Thanks bec there are some on shopee at 500php and i dnt know if they are legit or not. The one on the website is priced at around 5k. Shipping not included i think.
I like Rapha but don't buy their stuff anymore because of fit. I'm 5'8" with a 30" inseam and muscular build. I normally wear a large jersey and medium bibshorts with other brands. Other than the Core jerseys, I find the rest of their jerseys and shorts just too long for me in the sleeves and inseam length. I liked them before when their sleeves were a bit shorter and they offered shorter length inseam bibshorts. I run Eliel Cycling gear now as they're a local California company and make all their stuff here plus they offer short inseam bibshorts which fit perfect for me,
We're the same height bro but im pretty sure im not as muscular. Have u tried the lightweight line ( the black one in the video)? Theyre almost seamless at the sleeves and it might give u the "shortness" that u like. Or it might be a case of going a full size up... but that might put u in fit limbo. I feel u man. Ill check out Eliel, it got me curious. Ride safe.
@@seanbike I have a Flyweight Team jersey, not the Core, which actually fits fine. Problem is the bib shorts are still just a tad long in length for me. And I tend to like to wear matching jerseys and bib shorts and not mix and match them. If they kept the short inseam shorts, I might have stayed with them but they only have normal length and long length nowadays.
Hear you man. Its good that there are other brands that cater to our preferences. I myself prefer Spiuk when it comes to shorts. Not so much for the fit, but for the fabric finish. Cheers.
I don't know about it being "the best". I have a rapha jersey and it's alright, I wouldn't say "the best". Their fit isn't made for people with an athletic build. Skinny boys only.
I started investing on Good quality Bibs and jersey, The difference in confidence and the eagerness to go biking knowing that you look good is insane.

Sadly, walmart bought rapha.. 😬
It's good actually. Bigger footprint. And they're still Rapha at the core and nothing changes. Same leaders, same vision 👌

Sulit ba bro
Depende sa earning power ng tao. That's my honest answer. Mahal din ito at p4500 per jersey.

I hear you bro. Best is subjective. Ride safe.
rapha’s fit is off and overpriced.
And im sorry that's the case for you. Lots of other good brands out there. Cheers.
