I'm only here because I just randomly found a 1940 penny exactly like the one shown at the end but not as clean. Guess I'll get it graded for shits and giggles
The cool thing is I just got into collecting because of your videos.... I am a small timer but it is growing thanks Mr Coutch this info is very valuable to me and everyone here
I have an entire poland spring bottle full of just penny's. Started when my daughter was born and she's turning 12 this year. The bottle is about 4 inches from the top and too heavy to lift for one avg person
I have a 1940 wheat penny and it doesn't have a mint mark, it's in excellent condition I was wondering if somebody can let me know what it could be worth ?
Nice to see you again and as always looking good been a member for a while need to tell you my pennies get more of a workout than I do every time you come they come out see you tomorrow night

Thanks for all the info, Justin. I will have to check because I know I have 1940 s but not in great shape. I appreciate all your work and research. All the Best ~ Shirl
Hi Justin, Love your videos, I've been saving wheat pennies since I was 5 year's old. Now I am recently semi retired and have been watching your shows and heard you talk about the 1909-S VDB penny. looking thru my coffee can again full of Wheaties. I said ha what is the chance of me having one growing up in a the Southeast Louisiana small town of Jean Lafitte on bayou Barataria south of New Orleans. Hello !!! Low and behold I have one.If your still needing one for your collection please let me know I'm having my coins looked at tomorrow to verify it's authenticity.
I wanted a 1943 steel penny. I thought I found one but alas, it was made of bronze. I threw it away. I wanted a steel penny of that year. I hope nobody believed I would throw away a 1943 bronze penny.
So I found a 2001 D penny it looks gold it's all yellow and the A & M are touching and it seems to be a double die on States on same side then on the front side Lincoln chin has a Sharpe point to it like a real sharp point not like the other chins on Penny's lol and his ear on this penny could be double die too I used a scope to check it out too any info on this penny ?
Does it look like the one in the video @ 3:13 to 3:23? And does it have same dings and scars as the one shown? Mine looks better than the one shown. But anywhere else I look besides this video, it doesn't seem to have any big value. I fail to see how the one in the video gets such a high rating. It doesn't look like uncirculated condition to me.
Hello. I have a 1940 penny that has no punch mark. It looks just like the one at 4:33. Is that a good thing? I watched the video, and trying to understand, it's not worth much, but it is?
Nice video. I just found a 1940 no mint mark in my pocket change. Unlike all my other wheat pennies that I throw in a jar separate from my big jar of pennies, this penny shines like a new penny. Google search brought me to your video. I believe it is cameo? Does that alone make it a proof coin? Your video from 2:55 to 3.29 shows coin sold for $11,000. My coin looks as good if not better, only it's not in any sort of holder/packaging. A reply would be much appreciated!
Gee... was hoping for a reply. I have no real coin experience but am looking into trying to get a good pic of it, as point and shoot with my iphone doesn't do very well. Again, referencing video at 2:55, the coin that sold for big buck looks more beat up than mine. That on certainly doesn't look uncirculated with all the dings in it. Mine looks better to me. I should have said it is the color of a new penny, not shines like... It's the first time I've seen a wheat penny that didn't look old in color. Maybe someone cleaned it, but why it would end up in my pocket change after such seems baffling...
I have a few coins that many people would be very interested in ,but i have not had them appraised yet just been holding on to them as i found them ,and i would like to sell them
I have a 1944 D mint and 1940 through to 1965 rare pennies that everyone on utube has been talking about .
