So after watching this video again I wanted to tell you guys a little story that happened to me a work today. I work in a Pharmacy and the majority of customers that come in are older folk. A little old lady who walks to our shop just to say hello stopped by today. Often we would talk about her beautiful flowered hats and a few life stories of hers. But she wasn't her usual happy self...she has had a really bad knee lately, and it just seems to be getting worse. Doctors can't do anything about it so she's just on pain killers majority of the time. It was like she was almost depressed, ready to burst into tears as she spoke about how she is forced to do nothing. My friend (who also talks to her) and I decided that next week we would go surprise her at the retirement home with scones and tea as she rarely gets visitors. She's a lovely lady with the kindest soul, and we're hoping that if we do this her life may be a little happier. She brought us so much laughter it is time we do the same. Fingers crossed it goes well.

Guys.....really bad news... I thought because of how many people liked this you deserved to know... today was the day we were suppose to visit her, however my friend who was coming along with us told me that Brenda (the lady) walked into our store on Tuesday and they tried to call an ambulance. She refused but ended up in hospital. We haven't seen her since and no one knows if she is ok. The problem here is...fck I hate to say this.... she is in the mindset now.... where she wouldn't be afraid to let go.... that's why we were scared. Afraid she would purposely commit....well, you know... and now I just...arghhh it's not right. Please send your prayers she needs all the strength she can get...💖

I've also found that Connor just tends to be very calming. He's relaxing to watch. He doesn't shout he speaks in a normal tone with a sprinkle of humor. I just get so relaxed when I watch him. Connor Franta is by far one of my favorite youtubers.

about kindness, I was walking with a friend in a library and I saw the most beautiful girl in the world. I just had to say that she was incredibly beautiful (little thing I forgot to say: I've never met her in my life) and when I told her like "hey, I just wanted to say you're beautiful. I know it's weird but I feel like people need to say more nice things to each other" and she laughed and said that it was weird but the nicest thing she heard in that day. So I just think we should be kind to people no matter if we know the person or not. It sounds weird when I did it but is really nice to do it I think. I don't know, I feel like I had to share my moment with you, that's it love you
My therapist told me that an emotional hangover is an actual thing! I had a day where my depression and anxiety were going off the charts and the next day I was so down and drained and it was just a dull mental pain and my therapist described it to me as a kind of a hangover.
