Has nothing to do with age nor hygiene.I had hemorrhoids in my 20's,has a lot to do with your diet.Eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water.When the stool is too hard you have to strain to push causing rupturing of veins,couldn't laugh,sneeze, cough sit bend or move to fast.Had to lie on my belly at one time
I have tips from a nurse for the comedian. 1. Get a squeegee bidet to clean your bottom with more water than toilet paper. So less wiping down there. 2. Take more stool softeners occasionally (not every day) like benefiber 3. Drink way more water.

You need those pain meds but they also make you constipated. by the end of those three days though you don’t need them. Took my First bowel movement after a week. It wasn’t as bad as I had expected. Was absolutely peachy by week two. GET YOUR SITZ BATH AND FOLLOW THE DOCTORS DIRECTIONS. Please. Lol.

We've been given a recurring lifetime contact, ever since puberty hit 🙃🤷🏾 women's bodies been prepping for shit tbh 🏋🏾🚶🏾
