Another synth demo before the year is out. Don’t know much about this synth, never followed kong synths much, but many of the bands I like have them in a lot of their songs. Sounds great and a nice synth. Is it from the late 70s ? Just looks it. I remember watch a documentary on OMD using a kong synth they got of their mothers catalog they used for their first hits. Anyway great to see this little gem you have. As always thanks for your time you put into making these for us. Happy new year to you.

The EPS1 is one of the last string machines to be built. The era was already over in 1983. That's why it sounds a bit different. More like a synthesizer.
OMD used the Korg Micro Preset. It was very cheap. And it proves you can make great music without spending a lot of money.
