Maybe some otters have to learn to use their hands? I know that some like to juggle rocks while lying on their backs, and some don't-- has Belle ever done this? Bingo does. Also, Belle had to learn to eat away from Bingo and from humans, right? So she ate alone to keep Bingo from eating her food; maybe she didn't use her hands because she was trying to eat quickly. Bingo had no threat to his food, so he ate slowly. Just an idea...
Although I love these vids with bingo it also serves to highlight the pet trade industry where these baby otters are removed from their families to be sold. Don't know if this is the case with your two, but people should still be aware of this fact before going down that road of ownership.
