Dale this is a great song. Ambrosia was an awesome band. Unfortunates I read they got screwed by the producers of their music and were unable because of it to continue recording/performing and ended up losing a lot of momentum . As always your music /teach and the LLB shows amazing/professional talent. I'd love to see LLB perform some National concerts to showcase your talents. Thanks my friend.
I remember seeing some tablature years ago and my fingers were playing Twister; they were in knots. So I dropped it, even though I love the song. Your tutorial is making this somg easy. Thank you.
I'm a pretty good strummer on guitar. However, I can work on my finger picking. After watching you play, I'm encouraged that finger picking ain't as hard as it may seem. I have enough talent, I just need to put in the hard work. Thanks for you do Tonedr. Wishing you the best in your musical journey
hi, your ambrosia tutorials are the best ever!! , im 44 yrs. old and i just went back on playing the guitar.. your tutorials are the best way to get me back on track.. hope continue doing this, providing tutorials for free is a very noble act.. I just have one request though if possible, can you do a tutorial of "what a fool believes" Thanks you in advance!!
I love your videos brother, you're definitely talented! I'm 51 years old and regretfully didn't pick up a guitar until a year ago. I'm at a point where I feel as I'm not progressing and wonder if I waited too long before I started? I love Ambrosia but I'm doing a lot of watching n wishing lol. Keep up the great work my friend and thanks for sharing your wonderful talent!
I LOVE the 70's soft rock and would love to hear more maybe with the Lexington Lab Band. Ambrosia, Little River Band, Ace... whatever comes along. Great job. ;)
Your arrangment cought my attention, very good lesson, i wish you woud sing along a little thats how i know my changes, but ill figure it out. You know im 44 years old now and ive never really listend to the lyrics, but today i checked them out and i want to try and cover it. and thanks to RUclips and your work and for sharing peace bro. You rock.
hello & sincere thanks for the very kind post:) i'm sorry i didn't give you vocal cues by my singing might have been damaging to your ears! Hope all is good your way and your enjoying your music more than ever, your friend, dale.
Thank you so much for making this! Thanks for transposing it to A? The best part was helping me really get the soul feel of the song. Do you do any Hall and Oats tutorials? Just getting back into playing… When I'm not doing originals, blue-eyed soul is the most fun to cover.
hello Susan...thanks for your kind post and giving your time to check this out! I haven't done any H&O tutorials yet but a great idea - any songs in particular?
guilty for sure...you have a fave of the guitars you own? This is a Collings 01, had it for a lot of years now and just love it - thanks for the kind post:)
I can't figure out how to reply to your question… I have some specific comments and about your arrangement, but the link doesn't transfer me to a way to communicate with you… As far as Hall and Oates tunes, The only one I would be brave enough to tackle as a vocalist would be Rich Girl: yet another keyboard based tune...
It took me a few years to circle back to this lesson, but I can do it now. Thanks so much!
Thanks so much for checking this out..greatly appreciated!
