I just noticed John Hancock's character on the front cover is positioned just like Mario in the first and last issue of Nintendo Power!
I had the same bugs and one where throwing the block up and it went to the left and off screen. Otherwise a nice simple puzzler.
Looks like the sort of game that appeals to me. Not sure I’d put a caricature of myself into a game, but I guess I’m not immortal! Good summary from your good self, as always.

I finished the game already (its short). No bugs for me on the VS but they look odd. Nice little idea for a game, very easy to pick up, but quite short and not enough difficulty on later levels. Thanks for the video Crazy!
I think you are being very kind here Crazy! Bugs aside this game itself is terrible. Not a great start for Indie Heroes 4 in general imo.

Really good puzzle game
Seems like a decent game concept not unlike Taito’s Flipull. I can’t stand the music though, it gets repetitive very fast. Genesis 3 is the real deal by the way, think it was released in Brazil.

I’m patiently waiting for the avgn switch game to go on sale digitally. This John Hancock game, I’ll pass on.
Didn't really go much on this one , not saying it's a bad game just not my sort of game .
I dunno?! It seems like there’s not much of a game here?! 🤔. Those issues with it could point to a fully unthought out game. Maybe it can be fully fixed before release! It’s FREE though, so cannot really complain I guess. Though it’s not hitting those high marks for me, for a place on an INDIE collection!
Nah sadly not every game on Indie Heroes blows us away. 2 down. Hopefully some decent stuff to come. I'm hoping for Flea 2 and Cash Cow
Definitely like it better than the previous Game of the Month. Curse of Illmore Bay wasn't terrible but it was really frustrating for me.

That's true.. so in reality can't really complain. Too much.
I like John Hancock but don't necessarily want a game with a caricature of him in it on my Evercade VS and I'm not the biggest puzzler fan so I'm not tempted to update my firmware just yet. Now if we could get a Mr Wimpy remake from your good self John and let's say RockStar North then take my money ;-) Keep up the awesome work!

I enjoy a puzzler but I don’t know who this guy is and really didn’t find the gameplay interesting at all. Can’t all stick with everyone though!
No fix for Cybernoid 2 for the second successive update.
When that gets fixed what will you moan about then? Life would be dull.

i will literally buy this cart specifically for this game, i am a fan of the immortal john hancock, and it looks like decent fun. i would love to see a crazy burger time game in the future as well.
