DIY How to Clean Grout and Residue Off Wall or Bathroom Tiles - The Easy Way

Please note - Use a test area first before deciding to use this method. Glossy tiles or filled tiles can leave fine marks. Never use a wire brush head and always use a fine nylon tip.
This video shows you one option to get off baked on grout from a new tile install.
Our installers decided to leave without removing the grout correctly and it had fully dried upon our return so I was left with several walls needing a complete wash down and removal.
This video shows you how you can use a drill and nylon brush to work off the grout whilst not damaging the tiles themselves.
1) First use a non acid based grout remover to soak the walls, leave for 5 minutes
2) Second use the drill to strip off the grout. Do not apply too much pressure and focus on tough areas, as this can take a little time to remove the harder grouts
After finishing, clean the wall and use a unpolished protector as you would have stripped off any protection via the drill.
