I do not speak Spanish either but I gather from the description the video is a medley consisting of "Androgynous Mind" and "Kool Thing" by Sonic Youth, "Safesurfer" by Julian Cope, and "Sophisticated Bitch" by Public Enemy.
And it is from 1999.
I like it quite a lot.

perdon florynatah...retiro el comentario sobre las drogas
en realidad solo he ido a un concierto suyo, en la sala elastico de madrid
estuvieron un poco antipaticos con el publico
a lo mejor estaban cabreados porque les habian puesto de teloneros de los simpaticos chico y chica
en cualquier caso tanto el proyecto de astrud como el de hidrogenesse me parecen interesantes y apreciables, me gusta escucharlos
