That scenery is stunning! We were there last week just for a couple hours to see what Gatlinburg looked like, now I know we need to go back and try this!
What they don’t tell you though, is you can only go as fast as the person in front of you. So if they’re going slow, so are you. The guy in front of us literally held the brakes the entire ride, so we kept having to stop. The coaster will stop you itself, if you’re within 80 feet of the car in front of you. So you have to sit and wait, so you can enjoy it how you want. We wanted to go fast down the hills and turns, so we were stuck on the track trying to give him space to go so we could travel fast.
They're also speed-governed/limited to 35 MPH max. When I pay $25-$30 for one ride, I will _insist_ on waiting until there's nobody in front of me to slow me down. I will stop & wait at the top until the track is clear of slow people.
Yes indeed, presently nine operating in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. All feel about the same & have the same elements, all too expensive, but mildly fun.

Which mountain Coaster is better more scenic views ? I've never been but I noticed Tennessee has alot🤪
do you control the speed the whole time? what was your fastest speed at mph?
You control speed up to 30-35 MPH. The cars have speed limiters.

Would like to take my niece to see something breathtakingly beautiful. She is battling an aggressive leukemia and want something for her to enjoy.
