if they would have done that I think people would have died lol the venue did not want to open the upper floor because not enough tickets have been sold to open that part but too many tickets have been sold just for the main floor (in front of the stage) so everyone was absolutely squeezed in there, no member of ONEUS would have had space to go into the crowd. it was just standing, so I guess only if a venue would have a seated area if might happen but in germany I never ever have experienced any member going into the crowd, only SMTown in Paris in 2011 it happened, else I never experienced this (myself) in europe at all haha..

Did not know they did Valkyrie in Europe. I missed it so much in LA.
Did they come out into the crowd?
I am going to the Dallas concert and we are trying to figure out if they will come into the crowd.
