So glad the lines are now imprinting what they are on the line itself. I keep it all on an excel sheet to identify what line is on what spool. Crazy. I agree with Charles, very pricey. That's what I was paying for spey lines not long ago. I have a number of SA lines and like them ... but still.

Question for you , I got the Amplitude Smooth WF line for 3wt and I got one for 6w, the dummy tabs both said "this end to reel"...lol So my question is for the Smooth Trout line, which end is really to the reel? I am hoping the Blue... Please let me know.. thanks charlie

Charles- The end with the printed line id should be the front of the fly line.

@@ScientificAnglers ok, good deal, that means for this line for this year , it would be the blue section , which is nice because when you open the line it starts with the blue, so you dont have to unwind it to get started putting it on .. thanks for clarification ... FYI, love your products .. my dad , who is no longer with us, recommended you all many years ago! Now I use your fly lines, leaders , and tippet, keep up the great innovations.... Be safe and have fun!

That's $20.00 too much. I'll stick with my SA Mastery - Trout and buy a couple of beers instead.
