Thanks, Marino! I wanted to write about Emma Bates but unfortunately she slipped by me and I didn't get good footage of her. And being on the street means I'm not at my computer getting screenshots.

Form is great but you can have a car with all the aerodynamic bells and whistles but it don't mean squat if that engine/heart ain't no good!!!!!!

This heel strike is still too pronounced. I wouldn't take Kosgei as a good example of form to be honest despite her achievements.

You can't judge a heelstrike in the supershoes.
