Hey Debbie!! We love seeing the planes outside in all the different seasons as we drive by everyday going on base... but the museum has the best information and is really big... have a great weekend!!
I was there 1964 - 1968. Would luv to visit again. We were involved in Arc-lite Vietnam with the B52. Enjoyed my time there and have many memories stationed there.
Thanks for taking us through this cool museum. Those planes are awesome. Enjoyed seeing everything. The three generations of service uniforms was really neat. Great video.
Super Cool Museum! I love photography and loved seeing all images. Angie loved the expedition combat section. We both loved the cockpits, they look to complex. Lou & Angie
The cockpits are always cool to see and especially if you’ve got a pilot there that can answer all the questions about what each button does 😜 Hope y’all have a great weekend!!
@@WanderLost I'm affraid of flying, well really falling out of the sky is likely my fear. I took flying lessons in a 140 Cessna. The whole face your fears thing. It only made it worse....lol I still love the cockpits. Lou💚
Never got up to Ellsworth, only Andrews, Pope, Mildenhall (TDY) and Oman (Deployed). Gonna have to try and get in when we start traveling. Thanks for sharing.
This whole area is amazing and especially nice if you can stay in the family camp on base and explore from there... you’ll need a lot of time for this area... it’s so beautiful and has so many things to do around here.
There from 1971-1973 ,went back in 1982 ,couldn’t find my way around, that is once I found someone to vouch me in ,worked as helicopter crew chief ,the Huey outside might have been one of “ours” we only had one grey.
See all the planes was awesome, and lots of interesting displays inside the museum. Lots of history. Thanks! Debbie
