yeah these "soft resets" are a pathetic joke, both my tank and dps went 4-0 and then got into losing streaks with unwinnable games with either tank or dps hard throwing. Impossible to grind ranks if youre not a high diamond or above.
FYI Emulators are not illegal. What is illegal is downloading/pirating a game you do not own. If you own advance wars 2 already then it is perfectly legal to download or rip the ROM for the game and play it on an emulator. Precedence was set back in like 2000 when Sony lost a lawsuit against Connectix for making an emulator. It was considered that is it not copy infringement for someone to copy software they own to use with an emulator and Emulators have been covered under fair use ever since at least in the US i cannot speak for other countries.

After 1 game it predicted me in bronze 5 after we just rolled a team. I had 6k damage and 10k healing. My friends both had high gold. So the wide search was around 40-50 min queue. So I played alone thinking with good mechanics I can queue faster and level. I won 11 straight games, games averaged 6-9 min my last game of the new game mode took 3:30 min I was 24-0. It gave me silver 5. But these matches seem massively one sided I just run through the other team. My friends got me on because we play other games like R6 I’m in champ each season, destiny 2 I’m top.7 with them, Apex we are in masters. But they along with me hate the queue time. They are leveling faster than I am and it is causing the queue to take forever. Why are we so separated is it just because they played before. After my damage placements this season I was given gold 4 which was low I again won all 10 games and had 294 Elims and 63 deaths. Averaging 13k damage and averaging 30 kills per game. I don’t understand the rankings or why they are so slow and low. It feels way too easy to get wins. Enemy teams don’t even get first point. I like competition which currently there is none.
It’s because you aren’t going to get as much rank boost because you are queuing with players higher rank then you. Also since you haven’t played before that is why you are being placed in low rank. Just grind it out and you’ll eventually reach the high rank if your rolling silver lobbies.

I carried them in trials and r6. They are not high skill players. Dude can’t fly with mercy and struggles to not die but gold makes sense.

I think what a lot of these winers in the chat don't understand is that just bc you were a certain rank in the past it doesn't mean your that rank right now. People change and adapt and get better so if you fall out of plat or diamond it's not the game's fault it's just there are people that have surpassed you is all. It's a soft reset so if you were in metal ranks you'll still be in metal rank most likely
