you know what that means! we are about to get a new stamina/energy potion for higher level content that requires more agility. itll be the divine stamina potion. keeps your run energy above 80%
you could probably show a 0.6 second long clip of someone in the TOA reward room with a white light and we'd know the outcome of that video L0L

Genuine question, what’s wrong with adding in resting?
i don't really see how it helps you get where you're going faster unless the run energy restored by it outweighs how much time you spend not moving at all, and it also doesn't help in places where you have no chance to rest

I’m a 20 year RS player and never complained about the run mechanics… the whole point of the long distance moving in this game is unlocking those unique teleports and shortcuts, that’s like a main pillar of OSRS I feel.

i dont like stamina idea, as i hate doing agility training myself as its so dull and boring to train, like im 79 agility but no way im going for 99 myself and making it worse if in heavy armour i can see why people are against that also.
the run energy change is the worst idea theyve had for years

Staminas shouldnt be affected but normal run should consider the inv and equipment maxing at double the current run loss. Double super and reg energy pots too making it better for dhide users, or make a crappier stamina pot for lower lvl ironmen.

Heavier armor affecting run energy makes complete sense to me, but maybe the way it’s calculated should be changed. Also, the graceful outfit no longer affecting energy regeneration sounds like a bad idea.

Is the best we can do for "runescape chronicles" shitty clickbait video titles that misrepresent the truth? Jagex release one MID-development update on their thoughts towards improving run energy. They made it more than clear that they will continue to iterate and improve their plan. Nowhere did they say that those plans are already going into action (not to mention it's definitely debatable if the changes actually make it WORSE, though I agree they can be improved). You can do better
