    I’ve really enjoyed your videos, and website resources (maps, itineraries, lists, etc.). I do wish you would place a graphic with the spelling of the locations. (EDIT: They’re in the description! 🤦🏼‍♂️ I should have looked) Thanks for all your great content and resources.

      @@IcelandwithaView Oh goodness! 🤦🏼‍♂️ I should have looked. We were originally scheduled to go to Iceland a couple of years ago, but COVID-19 happened. So we are trying to go in late March 2023. Your maps I purchased and other resources have been SO helpful! Thanks again for all your help!

    Is the four dollars for the crater per car or per person? I can’t wait to go see all of these.

    We just did the Golden Circle tour outlined by Jeannie in this video. Every single bit of statements she made was 100% true, anything she said it would happen did! Very low traffic on the roads was so nice!:)
    Loads of love and very much thank to Jeannie! Darling, we mentioned you in the Tomato farm!

    I wish I had known of this channel when I booked my Iceland tour a year ago. I don't know if my tour will take us to some of the sights you mention. We probably should have just rented a car and toured ourselves.

    Hi Jeannie,
    We would like to go to the restaurant that serves tomato soup. We are leaving Reykjavik at 9 a.m.to travel the Golden Circle. We were wondering, if we travel clockwise, could make it there in time for lunch (without being rushed) ? If not, we'll try for dinner. We will definitely make reservations. Thanks. Love your videos! Very helpful.

      @@IcelandwithaView We arrived there in the late afternoon. It was wonderful! Thanks for the recommendation. Afterward, we had enough time and daylight to finish the southern part of the circle. We were in Iceland for only two days (not long enough!) and rented a car. The Golden Circle was a little more difficult to navigate than we thought, but we made it and were able to visit most of sights we were looking forward to seeing.

    HELP?!!
    I'm trying to make reservations for the tomato soup place...
    We will be stopping there on our Golden Circle drive, we have a car, and am not sure what time to book.
    We plan to leave Reykjavik around 9am. How long do YOU think we should plan to take in the sites along the way?
    ANY guidance is greatly appreciated.

      I am so sorry I have not gotten back to before now! Many factors can affect your travel time, do you like to stop often, make sure you have enough time to enjoy your stop, etc. How many stops are you going to make? How are you traveling? Do you need to make certain time do to accommodation?

    What is the speed limit on the Golden Circle?

    • @IcelandwithaView
      @IcelandwithaView  Год назад

      Hi James! On paved roads outside of the city the speed limit is 90 km/hour (~55 mph). Once you get close to tourist stops and visitor centers it will drop to as low as 30 km/hour (~20 mph). Thanks for the question!
