Any polarized and uv protected sunglasses you can use .. mine was powered sunglasses which I have taken from Lenskart ..
you can take any good sunglasses with uv and polarised protection without power if you don’t have I sight issue ..

If you have many layers of clothes and also a jacket minus 5 is enough .. but if you have less layers of clothes inside take minus 10

While trekking you have to keep ears open as you sweat a lot .. if you close ears you will get headache .. while sleeping in tent you can cover ..
