National Report Court In Session: Topgolf being sued for $15M

Hillsboro, Oregon Topgolf is being sued for $15M after a child was struck by a golf club and sustained serious brain injuries, including a skull fracture, cerebral hemorrhage, an orbital roof fracture, requiring emergency neurosurgery. The young boy was behind the driving range’s safety red line at the time of the incident.
