This delicious cinnamon swirl cake is perfect with morning coffee
Ingredients
For cake batter
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
For cinnamon swirl mixture
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
For cake topping
3 tablespoons cream cheese
3 tablespoons icing sugar
2 tablespoons milk
Bake at 180c for 1 hour or till the skewer comes out clean.
