14:11 you can actually enter that bank just by going through the entrance and you can hide inside the vault which is in the basement level and a couple of offices in the second floor or behind the reception area. There is also a bar near sandy shores which you can enter and there is usually some NPCs inside of it along with the bank. Your Welcome.
so apart from the first few glitch spots... all the rest are all mission, MC and gunrunning mission locations.. so much for secret

9:12 is multiplayer when you’re doing the Pacific standard setup 2 you drive out there and rescue Avi in the shed.
The cop one is broken now it brings you straight to the entrance when you go in

The first hiding spot could easily be taken down quickly with explosive shrapnel blasts, I.E. RPG, Khanjali Tank Railgun, Grenades, Homing launcher blast, or any equivalent.

in the sea cave if you swim to the bottom there is a tunnel that leads to a witch and a really cool weapon if you are reading this I recommend you go there

11:46 there used to be a mission on the online back on the Xbox 360/PS3, you had to steal a container with a helicopter if I remember. But I've not been able to find the mission since back on the 360 a few years ago, so I'm guessing Rockstar might have removed that mission.

The Hut Is From A Heist Setup
You missed the subway tunnels, pretty obvious I thought, I hide there a lot when playing with the RC car and you can booby trap the entrances really easily as well.

You can actually access the construction buildings in several spots as well as escape the building successfully without dying.
MrBossFTW Mission Row PD glitch does not seem to work on PS4. Instantly teleports you back outside. Tried several times.
Same on xbox one! I teleported inside, 5 seconds later a loading screen, then I'm outside?!

In 2020 the fib building glitch to get in through the skylight still works u need to land a helicopter on the roof and have a friend pull u out of the vehicle so u fall onto the skylight
Most of these "hidden locations" listed.... 1 tank blast, RPG, or a well placed strafe run with a jet and you're toast.
Unless you're going for the trophy/achievement for surviving a bounty, it's not worth the hassle and there are much better spots. I only like to survive them to put the griefers and try hards to shame. lol
You forgot the boat inside a boat house right in the port of south LS. You can go into the boat by climbing the wall in one corner of the boat and your completely protected inside. Good spot to do the double action revolver 50 headshot challenge.
50 headshots when you get the police and noose chasing you in there.
The thing I don't like is that we don't keep forever unused flares I know they are useless that way but I want to keep them

You forgot about the mine cave you blow up the front door and you can go in there. In his story mode there's a dead body in there wearing a like 50s suit
They patched the police station, I get inside then the screen goes gray and it boots me out

Modders can set bounties as high as they want. I've had a million dollar bounty put on me just a few weeks ago when i was in a bad sport lobby.
The best place to go is your apartment/facility/bunker/mc basically any place where the only way to get in is via an invite
