Why do people still slander St. Euphemia with this lie about her? None of the minutes of Chalcedon nor any writings around Chalcedon speak about this blasphemy.
@@phillwithskill1364 (Galatians 3,28) "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus." Same applies to Copts, Bulgars, Russians, etc. There are Copts who are not Monophysite heretics but a members of the Lord's Bride, Eastern Orthodox Church. What was your point.?
If you pay attention, the miracle of St. Euphemia occurred just after the Council concluded when there was still great turmoil in the empire due to the battling factions. @@OrthodoxWisdom according to your article, the first of those replies is by “council of chalcedon” to “leo of rome” which means it should’ve been in the minutes if it really happened. the other historical attestation is a bunch of people making claims that a saint is on their side so that people accept their council?
@oliverklaid2760 I’d have to do more research to know all the details but this miracle is part of liturgical calendar, hymnography, etc. I’m not aware of any Orthodox Christians saying this event never happened so I haven’t tried to disprove a negative, if that makes sense.
@@OrthodoxWisdom i get what you’re saying but perhaps some people lied to make themselves look right and later followers (not knowing it was a lie) added it to your liturgical prayers. however, there are many things that seem off with this story. 1) Again, no one mentioned it at all in the council or its minutes. 2) there are no contemporary historians who accept this to be true, hence why theologians involved in these matters never bring it up because it is a later fabrication 3) you have 7 (some say 8, 9) ecumenical councils and yet in none of them did God do a miracle to make it clear who is right. how come this council wasn’t clear? maybe because it was in error (neglecting St. Cyril and council of Ephesus’ decisions, accepting Ibas and Theodoret, who had opposed St. Cyril’s christology, etc…). Also God and the Chruch never operated like this, waiting for a miracle to confirm the decision. in the first 3 ecumenical council as well as even the council of Jerusalem (Acts 15) theological disputes were never resolved with miracle. therefore it is likely just a fabrication
@@OrthodoxWisdomalso, this video falsely claims that St. Dioscorus was condemned for heresy, however, it is clear from the minutes of the council that he never said any heresy and that he was deposed for not showing up to the later session, NO heresy.
St.Euphemia pray to God for us!☦️
monophysites still coping 1600 years later
Good job making the video
nice video

Monophysite heretics like you deny the miracle as it sends you and your faith down the toilet where it belongs.
Mina = Coptic name. Of course

Then they would not be Copts but Orthodox, if that were the case.
