He was speeding, not reckless driving, if the cop had kept his cool then yea hill is wrong all by himself, but by handling it like that he put himself as the villain.
First of all, he was speeding yes then you give him a citation. He was not reckless driving the ticket was for speeding. Secondly, it doesn’t matter if you can see through or not there is no law that says that he cannot roll his windows up because he is allowed to, the problem is the officer should’ve just went to his car ran the license gave him the citation and they could’ve left. When he got to the car, he said he knew who he was so you obviously knew he was more than likely on his way to the game once you find out, he has no warrants give him the ticket and go, it was not something that had to go down the way it did if they would keep the same mentality when it comes to school shooters

In Florida you’re also required to lower you window to facilitate communication with the officer. If the window has dark tint the Officer can require you to keep the window down cause he can’t see if you getting a gun or hiding something. If you refuse he can order you out of the car. If you disobey the legal command he can remove you from the vehicle for his safety. Tyreek need to do better next time! These kids look up to him and he set a bad example. Peace!
From the video I saw.... cop asked Tyreek to roll down the window.... he didn't do it and was talking 💩💩.... he barely lowered it to hand over his drivers license..... then after barely lowering it he rolled the window back up...... no they didn't have to talk to him that way or put him on the grown and get cuffed BUT Tyreek added gas to a possible fire......

For their safety they should be able to see inside your car. Officers have been shot and killed on routine stops. This isn't about race, its about Hill being an idiot. He was confrontational from the start. He didn't even have his seat belt on while driving. The officer asked him to keep his window down(which is sensible) because of the tint. When an officer pulls someone over there is a lot of unknowns. Who the person is, why there were doing what they were doing etc. Their safety matters as well. Be smart, be respectful and nothing will happen. Look at Hill, he even lied after the game at what happened.

He's half a block from the stadium driving a Maclaren. Those cops know the area and residents there are mostly middle to upper class. If you watch the whole whole video, you see the cops on the motorcycle get a call and get ready because they were alerted for speeding. You were caught,when you said what did I do and the cop said you were speeding leave the window open and give them your stuff and say my fault I was trying to get to work or this pedal hits quick my fault I take all the blame. Its mind boggling as a society, people think its ok for Tyreek Hill to try and dictate how this traffic stop was going to proceed and how he thought he was going to make all the calls on how things were going to flow. That's not how it works. He ego got in the way and when he didn't comply with a simple order of leave your window down, everything changed. It's about officer safety, not if its a black or white man in the driver's seat. If Tyreek Hill pulls over, leaves his window down and has a civil conversation with the officers, he gets his ticket and he leaves.

What did he do in the video that required him being pulled out of a car, thrown on the hot ground with a knee in his back then come back and choke him to the ground after he's already cuffed?
What gets to me is that the cop’s response was not proportional with Hill’s offense. Hill has no obligation beyond providing his license, registration, and proof of insurance…full stop. Hill has a First Amendment right to say whatever non-threatening statement he wants. The cop is trained to deescalate and do everything right, and he did the exact opposite. Be careful with how many of your rights you so freely give to law enforcement who have a high school diploma and a few months of training.

It’s wild the amount of people trying to “discuss” this situation but fail to show the whole bodycam footage. Everyone is showing only the instance right before Hill being pulled from the car but nothing before that led up to that.
Like when he had his window down and was complying with the officer.
Like the officers attempt to catch up to him, the fact that he stopped once before to ask the officer what is going on, was told to pull off to the side (where he complied but proceeded to roll his window back up), then when the officer approached to conduct the traffic stop the officer had to knock on the window because it wasn’t rolled down, Hill stated “don’t knock on my window like that” 7 times while the officer was talking to him, after giving his license Hill decided to roll is window back up and refused to roll it back down when instructed to do so, was told to get out of the vehicle and was refusing to do so up to the point of him being pulled out. And then after the game lied to the media saying he didn’t know what happened or what lead to everything that went on.

I was held at gunpoint by Newport Beach police in my own car in my hotel parking lot by 6 police who thought my fellow Hispanic ironworker coworker and myself were drug dealers and that I had stolen my own car. I was taken out of my car, placed on the ground on my stomach and handcuffed. My car searched. We were let go after background check. I asked why? They said they were checking for drug activity in the area and didn't even apologize. I left Newport Beach a week later back to Arizona 😡
I was a young Mother pulled over as I was entering a grocery store parking lot, guns held. Officer comes to my window I rolled it down, in my normal calm voice I said hello, I think my voice descalated everything, Officer was professional asked me to put my hands on the steering wheel & turn the engine off, I said ok. We had a short coversation, Long story short a robbery had occurred female get away driver in same make & model as mine. I saw them make a u-turn when I passed wasnt sure why at the time but I was aware. Today my child is 30yrs old, I'd forgotten this happened to me a female, I will have this conversation with him today, after I send him this video.

Compliance is the difference between getting a ticket or a warning compared to being arrested or shot. As a youth I was taught to respect authority and playing sports and serving in the military, I was taught to follow commands. I respectfully disagree with their assessment, before I let my emotions get the best of me, I watched the entire footage.
