Great work Dave you're so right staying off steroids for as long as possible works to perfection been years since I did anything recently took Winstrol only 8 weeks looked better with minimal training and diet.

14:00 Hot topic (Androgen receptor sensitivity)👍 I'm leaning with Dave on this one....I've always seen the body develop a tolerance to drugs. But, I'm not sure about androgens, tho?
Androgen receptors have a unique behavior and not all othe receptors behave the same either. Dave is dead wrong!
It’s true that there are diminishing returns with androgens (1,000 mg is not twice as potent as 500 mg). This is why small quantities of testosterone are shockingly powerful in women and boys going through puberty. But if the receptors desensitized then men with consistent testosterone levels over many years would lose muscle mass over time. But that’s NOT what we see… as long as testosterone, protein intake and training remains the same, men keep their muscle for many decades (basically until they are too feeble to train).

Testosterone prop every other day. Anavar 50mgs a day, winstrol 100mgs every other day. Then cardarine for endurance. Decent beginner cycle .
100 mg of Winstrol is over kill. Just do 20 of Anavar and 30 winny every other day.

If you call yourself a bodybuilder, you gotta compete. Otherwise, you’re a weightlifter. Nothing wrong with that, but call it like it is 😀

@@jackbridges_ in my experience, unless you are competing, you are not going to have the motivation to stick with a diet to get down to single digit body fat (particularly down to five or 6%). Contest prep is really hard, particularly when you get under 10%. For myself, knowing that I have to get up on stage in front of a bunch of strangers in a Speedo is pretty good motivation to stick with a hard-core diet and meal plan to get to that 5 to 6% range. If you don’t have something like that hanging over your head 99.9% of people will not be able to stick with the plan to get that lean. That means you compete 😀
